You agree to indemnify Zyrilium AI Solutions and its affiliates against claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of Services or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate Services for material breach with written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable. We may revoke access to deliverables upon termination.

12. Privacy

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria. Parties agree to attempt mediation before litigation.

15. Miscellaneous
